Horrible customer service, one time was marked one price but when it came to checking out the employee took the plastic off and marked as 2 it ms and it was triple the price. When I asked for the price it was marked they lied to me and printed a new sticker with double the price of what the item was originally marked and split into 2 items. And each item was marked higher than what it was. Was very unhappy and I’m never shopping again in that store. Will prefer to go where the customer service is better. By CT law they should have given the price the item was marked as and never break th package and triple the price
The worst experience I've ever had at any Marshalls Store, period. As i was shopping I saw a pair of shoes I really liked and they were the only pair in the store. The shoes looked used, worn, and scuffed. I was still interested in purchasing the shoe and asked a store associate(who was very helpful) if i could see a manager. She advised me 10% off is usually the most that they offer. I asked to speak to a manager because I loved the shoes. The manager came and took a look at the shoe and proceeded to tell me "this is how we receive the shoes into the store." The shoes had CLEARLY been worn (there was GUM on the bottom) and scuffs on the top around the front of the shoe, even the price tag on the shoe looked like it was a returned item. I said "are you sure, look at them" (I pointed out some scuffs and scrapes) She then said "yes we get them in like this, >>> I wouldn't even offer 10% off
I recently just visited the remodeled store and I was very impressed. They have double the selection of Home Goods. They now have a wider selection of different styles for different tastes. They had more furniture and larger decor as well. I would like to see a larger selection of plus size clothing and shoes for people with larger feel like myself.
I shop Marshalls weekly. Whenever I go always wait in line 15 mins plus. Employees not too eager to assist!!
Great store and close to home. Everything from clothes, shoes, dog toys, bedding picture frames you can find it there.
