It's a government office...what can you expect!?!?! If you're expecting friendly and quick service....re-read the first sentence again!!
Never ever go to this office if you want to apply for a new Social Security card. It will take forever! Took me 8 weeks after applying just to hear "your case was not verified with immigration". They were rude and could not explain what was the reason. I already moved to NY and applied there again - took me 1,5 weeks to get my card in the mail. Very poor service.
