Have always been treated fairly and with professionalism. Their estimates are accurate and they work fast and correctly. I've only had oil changes there so far, but the diagnostic done on my older car was to the point and the advice given was honest. I highly recommend them. I wrote this a while ago, somehow I can't write another review so I'll add to this one: three weeks ago I went in for an oil change and Jim and his staff explained that I did not have to have it done just then, that I had a couple of hundred miles to go still. Now, I have never, ever explerience such a level of honesty and professionalism. Thank you.
Jim, Gregg, John, and the whole Branigan's team have been awesome since I started going to them last fall. Most recently, they completed a very complex job on one of my vehicles (which is as new and as expensive as the job was complex - "very"!), and despite the job being more difficult than expected, they took the necessary time to complete the job *correctly* and cleanly rather than quickly; kept me informed along the way; and honored the original quote despite the higher-than-expected cost.
I would not even give this place a 1 it is a zero this crook had the car 3 days did not fix it charge me 514.00 wanted to keep it 3 more days and charge 1200.00 more I said no took car to real mechanic car fixed in 2 hrs for 200.00 don't go there guy is a crook crook go to sunoco station on main street branigans is a place that doesn't fix cars just steals your money what a crook
Branigan's is always my first stop anytime I run into care trouble.Jim is one of the best out there. Never any games or surprise prices. The parts may seem pricey at times,but you get what you pay for. I would much rather pay a little more one time rather than to keep returning. John brings the best customer service. I drive a 2004 with over 160,000, thanks to the Branigan crew everything works. My chevy rides like a dream and these guys keep me off of the side of the road.
Picked up a used van from another dealer awhile back. Took it to Branigans with a laundry list of repairs. They got it all done in a few short days. Went over truck from top to bottom and now it's like new. Highly recommended . Great price, great service and all around great people. I'll be back!
