Dealers should be willing to help customers by removing options which is not required at all.

They wouldn't let me test drive the car with out a deposit, I've never seen a dealer who says, put the deposit first to test drive it. I was literally ready to take the car but they told me I do not look interested and was shopping around... Of course I'll shop around if I'm paying a $15k loan. They won't give a PO without a deposit. I got the PO without test drive and without deposit but in PO they added Vin Etch which is nonsense, owner's can do it by themselves for $20 and they take $200 for that. And for that reason I did not purchase the car from them. Be transparent and value customers more than yourself.
The people here are shady and try to get as much $$ as they can. They add Paint and interior protection, Rust Proofing and undercoating for $1200 extra which I believe is absolutely a joke. Most of the cars come with 12 yr corrosion plan, interior detailing can be done by self but I believe it won't cost $599 for that. Plus the tire and wheel warranty is another $100. For a car priced at $12k, would bump up to just $13.5K for unnecessary add-ons which doesn't increase performance of car.
I wasn't really in the market for a car, but I was in an accident and needed a new vehicle. After exploring other options in my price range I found myself at Road Ready Used Cars. They had the most cars in my price range and worked with me to get financing. Paul was very helpful helping me stay within my budget and find something reliable to meet my needs. I would recommend this dealer to a friend. Everyone was very friendly and the facilities were great. I like that they have a full service area as I got an extended warranty.
